Biosketch:

Patience Olusola FAKOLADE, is an Animal Scientist, in Osun State University,  who specializes in research on Meat Science and Meat safety, Milk and Egg safety, their processing, preservation and alternate feeds for animal production. She has served as Principal Researcher in TETFUND 2014, Award Grant, and Principal Researcher on 2000 broiler birds (O'BOS) in collaboration with TUNS Farm and PAN (Poultry Association of Nigeria), Osun State Branch. She has presented her findings, Nationally and Internationally. She is a member of 10 Professional bodies. She has served as Managing Editor, and currently the Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Agriculture and Renewable Resources (UJARR). She has to her credit, over 50 publications as at 2023. She is a reviewer of many local and International Journals.
