Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, Governor of Sae of Osun Mr. Amudah, while signing the contract agreement on behalf of the State Government, disclosed that the contractor agreed to finance the total length of the road which is 1.87km on behalf of the state government, with mobilization fee of 15% of contract sum. The road, according to him, will be dualized at the cost of N624,708,66.60 and completed within nine months with 36 months for repayment.

The Special Adviser, however, warned the contractor to deliver a good job according to specifications because the present administration led by Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola will not hesitate to revoke any contract which does not meet the demand of the government. Responding on behalf of the construction company, Mr. Emmanuel Adegbite, thanked the government for the opportunity to construct the road and promised to deliver the project on time and according to specification.

When completed, the road will have 2 layers asphaltic surface, 50mm binder and 30mm wearing, reinforced concrete side drain, culverts, crushed stone base course, earthworks with street lights.
