BSc(Ogun), MSc(Lagos), MPhil(Ife), MMP(Ib) FCA  Accounting

He attended the Polytechnic, Ibadan from 1980-1982 where he obtained National Diploma in Accountancy with Upper Credit. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May 1985. He graduated as a student of Accounting with Second Class Upper Division from the Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye (now Olabisi Onabanjo University) in 1999. He holds Master degree in Managerial Psychology (MMP) from the University of Ibadan (2006) and Master of Science (MSc) degree in Accounting from the Universiy of Lagos (2008). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA, 1999) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI, 2000).

Adebayo started his professional career with Messrs. S. Kayode Ekundayo & Co (Chartered Accountants), Ibadan in 1984. He worked variously as Accountant and Chief Accountant in Onward Group of Companies (1987-1993), Modandola Group of Companies (1993-1995) and Coscharis Group (2001-2003). He was an Executive Consultant with Wesade Consulting from 2003-2007. He acquired enormous experience in auditing, accounting, taxation and consultancy engagements in all sectors of the economy. He held Senior Management positions while in the industry and rose to the position of Partner in a reputable firm of Chartered Accountants.

He joined the services of Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye in year 2007 as Lecturer II in the Department of Accounting, Banking and Finance. He was employed by the OSUN STATE UNIVERSITY in January 2010 as Lecturer I in the Department of Accounting, Banking and Finance. He is currently pursuing his MPhil degree in the Department of Management and Accounting, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.

He is married to Funmilayo Adebayo and the marriage is blessed with two children
