AISIRI Deborah Adewumi

She currently works as a System Support Administrator at Osun State University, Osogbo, where she administers and supports campus wide IT systems, provides first and second level technical support, manages user access and provisioning, performs system monitoring and maintenance, and supports learning management systems, student information systems, email platforms, servers, and networks. She is responsible for troubleshooting system issues, ensuring data integrity and security, and maintaining reliable IT services for students, faculty, and administrative staff. She is also a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE).

Prior to this, she worked as a Customer Experience Officer at RussleSmith Nigeria Limited, Lagos, from 2022 to 2024, where she served as a key liaison between clients and internal operations teams. She managed customer requests and service concerns, monitored service quality, supported customer onboarding and account management, and collaborated with sales, operations, technical, and HSE teams to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.

From 2020 to 2021, she worked as a Regional Network Operations Center Engineer at Huawei Technologies, Lagos, where she managed service management platforms and ICT service desk operations, proactively identified and resolved ICT issues, supported service continuity, and collaborated with cross functional teams to improve system efficiency and reliability.

She previously worked as a Customer Service Representative at Guarantee Trust Bank, Lagos, from 2017 to 2018, providing customer support, resolving service-related concerns, processing service requests, and assisting customers with digital banking platforms and self-service channels. Earlier, she worked as a Customer Service Representative at First City Monument Bank, Osogbo, from 2014 to 2015, where she handled customer inquiries, account opening and onboarding, transaction processing, complaints resolution, and compliance with KYC and AML requirements.
