He graduated as a student of Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in the year 2005. He holds Master in Business Administration (Finance) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, in the year 2008. His associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) in the year 2009, also an associate member of Accounting Technicians Scheme (ATS) in the year 2000.

He worked as Audit Trainee at Ola Adediwura and Co. between January, 2008 and June, 2008. Thereafter, he moved to Tantalizer PLC, as a Resident Auditor in July, 2008 to December, 2008. In the year 2009, January he joined AAC practice, an audit firm and served as Audit Officer, until August, 2009.

On 12th August, 2009 he joined the services of OSUN STATE UNIVERSITY as an Assistant Lecturer in the department of Accounting, Banking and Finance till date. He is also a lecturer, at Break Through Professional Centre, Ilesa, Centre, Osun State, Vatina Institute of Professional Studies (VIPS) a professional tuition centre for qualifying Exam like: ACA, ACCA, ATS.

He is married to Olutola Odelabu with three children.
