♦ Copies of completed application forms should be submitted at the interview centre and be accompanied with photocopies of the following:

1. Admission Letter
2. Current Course Registration Form
3. Student Identity Card
4. Last Session Result
5. Local Government Identification
6. Two passport photographs with name fully written at the back.

Original certificates are to be sighted during the screening at interview venue.
