The Treasury Management & Staff Matter section of the Osun State University Bursary Department is responsible for overseeing institutional treasury operations, cash management procedures, financial reconciliations and revenue monitoring systems. The unit ensures proper documentation, financial control and accountability in the management of the University's financial transactions.

Units Under Treasury Management

Cash Office

Responsible for the collection, recording and monitoring of university revenues including student payments, institutional fees and other financial receipts. The Cash Office ensures that all financial transactions are properly documented and deposited in accordance with approved financial procedures.

Cash Book Management & Reconciliation Unit

This unit manages the University's cash book records and performs regular reconciliation of financial transactions with bank statements and accounting records. The unit ensures accuracy, financial transparency and proper documentation of institutional revenue and expenditure records.

  • Monitoring and recording institutional cash inflows and financial receipts.
  • Maintaining accurate cash book records and financial documentation.
  • Reconciling financial transactions with bank statements and accounting records.
  • Ensuring compliance with institutional financial regulations and treasury policies.
  • Supporting financial accountability and internal financial control systems.
  • Providing treasury reports and reconciliation summaries for the Bursary Department.
