Professor Olaide Abass Gbadamosi, a Professor of Migration Law is a member of Senate, Committee of Provosts, Deans and Directors, Board of Postgraduate Studies. Professor. O. A. Gbadamosi attended Igbinedion University, Okada, University of Benin and Nigerian Law School, Abuja respectively.
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Benin Branch, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom, Chartered Institute of Marketing, United Kingdom, Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, United Kingdom, Nigerian Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management, Nigerian Marketing Association, Nigerian Association of Law Teachers and International Bar Association.
He is a Reviewer for Law Journal of the University of Western Cape, South Africa; Commonwealth Law Bulletin, Routledge publishers, Taylor and Francis Group, Oxford; Global Public Health, Columbia University, New York and Potchefstroom Electronic Law Journal (PELJ)/Potchefstroomse Elektroniese Regsblad (PER). He is one of the Editors of UNIOSUN Journal of Law, Development and the Humanities and an External Examiner to Babcock University, Igbinedion University, Ekiti State University etc. He had won research grants from United States Political Consulate, National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons and Other Related Matters, Tertiary Educational Trust Fund and Centre for Reproductive Rights, New York. Professor Gbadamosi has contributed immensely to teaching, research, community service and knowledge through several scholarly publications in Nigerian and foreign journals of high repute and international recognition. He has presented papers in conferences in Nigeria and across the continents of Africa, Europe, America, Asia and Australia.
Professor Gbadamosi has served in many University’s committees. He is presently the Provost and Dean, College of Law, Osun State University, Ifetedo campus and Chairman, Anti Corruption and Transparency Unit.
