Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of Osun State University, Professor Gabriel Olawoyin, SAN has advised the new ViceChancellor, Professor A. B. Okesina, to ensure he leaves a credible legacy at the end of his 5-year tenure. The Senior Advocate of Nigeria gave the advice at the official presentation of Okesina to the Council.

To many people in Lagos and its environs, all that they know about tree spinach, commonly referred to as efo iyana ipaja is that it is like other vegetables. No thought is given to the medicinal uses of its leaves. However, its consumption is good for health. 

The Vice-Chancellor of Osun State University, Professor Adekunle Okesina, has promised to implement all recommendations that will provide good qualitative health care services to staff and students. 

All members of staff are hereby invited to a workshop on National Health Insurance Scheme.
