Olawale TinuadeMrs. Tinuade Olubunmi ADEWALE B.ED, M.L.S

The University Librarian of Osun State University is Mrs. Tinuade Olubunmi Adewale. She was born on 11th June, 1958. She attended University of Ibadan and came out with B.Ed (Hons.) in Guidance and Counselling with Second Class Upper Division and also had Masters in Library Studies (M.L.S) in 1987 and 1990 respectively.

She started her working career at Hezekiah Oluwasanmi Library, Obafemi Awolowo University as Librarian ll in 1992; Head, Documents Section 2004, Head Acquisition in 2006, Chief Cataloguer in 2009, Deputy University Librarian 2010 and Head, Readers' Services Division 2015. She also teaches and coordinates LIB 001 (Use of Library). She was the Library Representative and Member on Faculty Boards of Pharmacy, Education Social Sciences, Health Science and Obafemi Awolowo University 2015-2020 Strategic Planning Committee. She was on a year sabbatical leave at Federal University of Technology, Akure Library from 2010 to 2011.

She belongs to many professional associations: She is a member of Nigerian Library Association (NLA); member of Cataloguing/Classification and Indexing Section of NLA and a certified member of Librarians' Registration Council of Nigeria (LRCN). She was the Treasurer of Nigeria Library Association, Osun State Chapter from 2008 to 2012.

Mrs. Adewale has attended many local and international conferences. She has many scholarly publications in local and international journals. She is happily married and blessed with children.
