Biosketch:
Francis Oluwadamilare AJAYI holds a 2016 PhD in Agricultural Extension and Communication from the Federal University of Technology Akure, Nigeria. A Lecturer at the Department of Agricultural Extension and Rural Development, College of Agriculture, Osun State University since 2018, his academic career has seen him occupying some academic position in the University system such as Level Adviser, Coordinator of Extension Workshop Studio and Examination Officer. Dr Ajayi has contributed in many research studies bordering on rural development, extension, communication, climate change, ICT, policy issues, technology management and transfer. He has good mastery of the computer and its applications to problem solving situations including data analysis using computer software like SPSS. He has many publications in national and international scholarly journals and proceedings to his credit. He belongs to several professional associations and networks (see below)

Rural development, Extension, Communication, Climate change, ICT, Policy issues, Gender studies, Technology management and transfer.
Contributions to knowledge
He has eleven (11) scholastic publications in local and international Journals. He has supervised five (5) undergraduate projects in the last two years. He has attended various local and international Conferences and Workshops.
