Alhaji Fatai Adebayo Lasisi is a fellow of the prestigious Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate of Chartered Institute of Taxation (CITN). He graduated from University of Ilorin with a B. Sc. (Hons) degree in Public Administration with a Second Class Upper Division. He was awarded with the Departmental prize for the best student in the Department in 1986. He also bagged a Masters degree of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.

He is currently pursuing his PhD. He has worked in both private and public sectors such as PKF-Pannell Ker Forster and J.A.A. Adeniyi & Co, firms of Chartered Accountants. He was Bursar, Osun State College of Technology, Esa-Oke between 1st April, 2006 and 30th September, 2007 before his current appointment as Bursar, Osun State University. He is an accomplished Professional Accountant, a Teacher and an astute Administrator. He has some publications to his credit and has received several awards and distinctions.
