Biosketch:

Margaret Faremi is an educational manager and teaches in the Department of Educational Management,  College of Education,  Osun state University,  Osogbo, Nigeria. She  has published several articles in reputable local and international journals. Her scholarly engagement focuses on educational administration: leadership, instructional supervision, quality assurance, teachers' productivity and personnel Management. She has conducted a research on pupils' welfare management by the Federal Government of Nigeria through school feeding programme and discovered that pupils benefit from the programme, especially in Osun state, Nigeria. Margaret Faremi is currently researching on  the nexus among  poor education, poverty and woman marginalisation in politics. She is also interested in research grant writing.
