Biosketch:
Professor Oyebode A.T. Alli is a Molecular Medical Microbiologist who specializes in infectious diseases as applicable to respiratory tract infections. He trained at University of Birmingham, United Kingdom and University of Kentucky, Lexington, Kentucky, USA. He applied molecular biological techniques to study the infection process of organisms like Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Staphylococcus aureus. In recent times, he has applied molecular biology to look at the epidemiology of methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus. He is currently working on application of artificial intelligence to diagonise infectious diseases.
