Biosketch:

Dr. Ishola Kazeem earned his Ph.D. degree [2023] from Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomoso, M.Sc. degree [2014] from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and a B.Tech. [2007] from Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomoso, all in Civil Engineering (Geotechnics). He registered as a Civil Engineer [2016] by the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) with registration number R 32,772 and is a Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers with registration number 32112. He was employed on 17th November 2017 by Osun State University as a Lecturer II and presently holds the position of Lecturer I.

His experience cuts across teaching, research, and administrative duties. With over six (6) years of teaching experience in the University system, his research focuses on Geotechnical Engineering, particularly on the use of pozzolan materials for stabilizing soil and the application of biopolymers to remediate contaminated soil, along with statistical analytical tools. He has served as a reviewer for the Malaysian Journal of Civil Engineering at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, the Uniosun Journal of Engineering and Environmental Sciences at Osun State University, and the Cement and Concrete Research Group at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso. Additionally, he currently serves as the Coordinator of the Student Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES), Level Adviser, and Examination Officer in the Department of Civil Engineering, demonstrating a high level of commitment to the vision and mission of the University. He has published in both local and international journals, reflecting academic leadership and growth towards academic maturity
