Kayode Wakili OLAWOYIN holds a PhD in Local Government Studies, M.Sc., and B.Sc., Political Science from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Nigeria. He is currently a Lecturer II in the Department of Political Sciences, Faculty of Social Sciences, College of Management and Social Sciences of Osun State University, Osogbo. Okuku Campus. A contribution to the Special Panel convened by Osun State University on Religious Identity, Security and Development in Nigeria.
