Oyelekan Ayantunji is in the area of Human Resource Management with particular interest in Employment Relations. He has written and widely researched in the area of Workers Education with the aim of promoting Industrial Peace and Productivity. His belief is that when workers, especially trade Union members and their leaders are adequately informed about their organisations and it's operating environment cooperation, collaboration and compromise, where need be , will not be too difficult to achieve.
