Aluko Oluwaseyi Phebian is an Animal scientist in the Dpartment of Animal Science, College of Agriculture, Osun State University, Osogbo, Nigeria. Her resercah focuses on animal products and processing. She has conducted many researches on mnimal products such as meat, milk and egg with the aim of increasing food options and enhancing consumption of animal protein in diverse means and assessment of nutritional value of animal protein.
