Biosketch:

Adebimpe Yusuf is an Endocrinologist at Osun State University, Osogbo. She specializes in research on diabetes mellitus, thyroid disorders and obesity. She has also written a chapter on Cushing's disease in a medical textbook titled Companion to Tropical Medicine and a chapter on 'HIV and diabetes' in another textbook titled New insights into HIV/AIDS for students and healthcare professionals. She conducted a study on the magnitude of limb loss attributable to diabetes mellitus in a tertiary institution. She is also currently working on Glucometer accuracy and precision in the setting of instant glucose estimation among patients living with diabetes mellitus.
